Move for Life Ballet: Multi-Dance – Central & Western, Monday 16:00

Multi-Dance at Move for Life is a Little Movers class that prepares four- and five-year-olds for the older Move Monkeys programme. Children build core strength and flexibility, learn three or four dances a term and can show parents and friends what they have learned. It is for ages 4-5 and runs on Mondays, 16:00-17:00, at MFL HQ, 111 Queen’s Road West, Sheung Wan. The autumn term runs from 31 Aug 2026 to 30 Nov 2026 (13 sessions), with no class on 19 Oct, and the term package costs HK$3,250. Guardians may stay in the lobby or simply drop children off; places are booked online through the Move for Life class schedule, and a trial class costs HK$250.
