Move for Life Ballet: Jazz – Central & Western, Monday 18:00

Jazz at Move for Life is a beginner class covering isolations, syncopations, contractions and grounded jazz movement. Each term the class learns one main performance routine, and students are encouraged to perform for parents and friends or on stage. It is for ages 6-12 and runs on Mondays, 18:00-19:00, at MFL HQ, 111 Queen’s Road West, Sheung Wan. The autumn term runs from 31 Aug 2026 to 30 Nov 2026 (13 sessions), with no class on 19 Oct, and the term package costs HK$3,250. Places are booked online through the Move for Life class schedule, and a trial class costs HK$250.
