Yes! Most bookings happen directly on our platform, making it quick and easy. You’ll receive instant confirmation and payment receipts. Some providers may still handle their own bookings — we’ll let you know when that’s the case.
The safety and wellbeing of children is extremely important to us.
Before joining KidsClub, activity providers are required to submit key business information and agree to our Provider Standards and Terms of Service. Providers are asked to confirm that:
Where applicable, providers may also choose to share additional credentials, certifications, or screening information on their profile.
While KidsClub reviews information submitted during onboarding, we do not independently verify every qualification, licence, insurance policy, or staff background check. We encourage parents to review provider profiles carefully and conduct any additional checks they feel are appropriate before booking.
Providers may also choose to display their Hong Kong Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) reference number on their profile. Parents can use this information to conduct their own reference checks where appropriate. Please note that KidsClub does not independently validate SCRC submissions.
Each provider sets their own cancellation and refund policy, which is clearly shown at checkout.
If you have concerns about an activity, instructor, venue, or booking experience, we encourage you to contact the activity provider directly in the first instance, as they are responsible for delivering and managing their programmes.
If your concern cannot be resolved, or if it relates to child safety, safeguarding, inappropriate conduct, fraud, or a breach of our platform standards, please contact KidsClub immediately at [email address].
We take all complaints seriously and may review the provider’s continued participation on the platform where appropriate. Depending on the nature of the complaint, KidsClub may request further information, temporarily suspend a provider’s listing, or remove a provider from the platform altogether.
Please note that activities listed on KidsClub are operated independently by third-party providers. While we strive to maintain high standards across our platform, KidsClub is not responsible for the delivery, supervision, safety, or operation of activities offered by providers.
If you believe a child may be at immediate risk of harm, please contact the relevant emergency services or authorities immediately.
You should also notify KidsClub as soon as possible by emailing info@kidsclub.hk. We will review all safeguarding concerns as a priority and may suspend or remove providers from the platform while concerns are investigated.
KidsClub is a marketplace that connects families with independent activity providers. While we set platform standards and investigate reports of misconduct, responsibility for the delivery and supervision of activities remains with the provider.

KidsClub uses Stripe Connect – Stripe’s dedicated marketplace product- in order to ensure that every time a parent books one of your events, the payment goes directly to your Stripe account. It means that you are always in charge of your own funds.

KidsClub uses Stripe Connect to securely process payments and transfer funds directly to activity providers.

To list paid events on KidsClub and receive booking payments, you must connect a Stripe account. Without it:

You can use either. Stripe supports individuals and businesses. If you are running activities as a sole trader or individual, selecting “Individual” during Stripe registration is fine.
Yes. KidsClub never sees or stores your bank account details. All financial information is held securely by Stripe, which is regulated and audited to the highest payment industry standards.

Most accounts are verified automatically within minutes. In some cases Stripe may request additional documentation, which can take up to a few business days.
This means Stripe needs more information to activate your account. Log in to https://dashboard.stripe.com and follow the prompts to complete your profile. Once verified, your status on KidsClub will update automatically.
Your Stripe dashboard shows the full transaction amount. The platform commission appears as a deduction in your Stripe payout history.
