Child Safety Policies

Child safety policies

At Kids Club, the safety and well-being of children are our top priority. We are committed to providing a secure, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants in our activities, events, and programs.

1. Our commitment to child safety

We are dedicated to ensuring that every child feels safe, supported, and valued. Our staff, volunteers, and partners follow strict guidelines to create a secure environment, both online and offline.

2. Supervision and staff training

  • All staff and volunteers working with children undergo background checks and verification before joining our team.

  • Our team receives regular training on child protection, emergency response, and appropriate behavior when interacting with minors.

  • Adequate adult-to-child ratios are maintained during activities to ensure close supervision.

3. Safe environment

  • All activity spaces are inspected regularly to meet safety and accessibility standards.

  • We ensure that equipment and facilities are well-maintained and free from hazards.

  • Emergency exits, first aid kits, and safety signage are clearly available in all locations.

4. Code of conduct

We expect everyone—staff, volunteers, parents, and participants—to:

  • Treat all children with respect, kindness, and fairness.

  • Avoid any behavior that could be perceived as abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

  • Follow our anti-bullying and zero-tolerance harassment policy.

5. Online safety

  • Personal information about children is never shared publicly without the consent of their parent or guardian.

  • Photos or videos of children are only taken and shared with explicit permission.

  • We promote digital literacy and online safety awareness during relevant activities.

6. Reporting concerns

If you see or experience any situation that puts a child at risk:

  • Speak to a staff member or supervisor immediately.

  • Contact our dedicated Child Safety Officer at kidsclub@gmail.com

  • All concerns are taken seriously and handled confidentially in accordance with our safeguarding procedures.

7. Collaboration with parents and guardians

We believe child safety is a shared responsibility. We encourage open communication with parents and guardians to ensure the best possible care for every child.
