Move for Life: Ballet – Central & Western, Tuesday 09:00

Ballet at Move for Life is a Little Movers ballet class about exploring movement creatively rather than chasing perfect positions. Children build strength, balance, flexibility and focus, and props such as rainbow ribbons and butterfly wings spark their imagination. It is for ages 2-3 and runs on Tuesdays, 09:00-10:00, at MFL HQ, 111 Queen’s Road West, Sheung Wan. The autumn term runs from 1 Sep 2026 to 1 Dec 2026 (14 sessions), and the term package costs HK$3,500. Guardians may stay in the lobby or simply drop children off; places are booked online through the Move for Life class schedule, and a trial class costs HK$250.
