Move for Life: Ballet – Central & Western, Monday 10:00

Ballet at Move for Life is a Little Movers ballet class about exploring movement creatively rather than chasing perfect positions. Children build strength, balance, flexibility and focus, and props such as rainbow ribbons and butterfly wings spark their imagination. It is for ages 3-5 and runs on Mondays, 10:00-11:00, at MFL HQ, 111 Queen’s Road West, Sheung Wan. The autumn term runs from 31 Aug 2026 to 30 Nov 2026 (13 sessions), with no class on 19 Oct, and the term package costs HK$3,250. Guardians may stay in the lobby or simply drop children off; places are booked online through the Move for Life class schedule, and a trial class costs HK$250.
