Beginners learn gymnastics skills in the Jogging Penguin and Running Rabbit classes at Kidnetic Sports in Kowloon Bay. Jogging Penguin is for children aged 4.5 to 8 and Running Rabbit for ages 9-14, so this session covers ages 4-14 and runs on Thursdays, 17:00-18:30, at the Kidnetic Sports gym in MegaBox. Trial classes and enrolment are open all year round, and this listing shows sessions from 3 Sep 2026 to 26 Nov 2026.
