I confirm that no staff member involved in delivering children's activities has any known criminal conviction or disciplinary history relating to child abuse, neglect, exploitation, safeguarding or violence against children.

I confirm that appropriate supervision ratios and safeguarding procedures are in place during all activities.

I confirm that my organisation maintains valid public liability and/or professional indemnity insurance appropriate for the activities offered.

I understand that KidsClub may request supporting documentation at any time and may suspend or remove listings where information is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

I agree to comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations relating to child safety and safeguarding.
