Description
Sparring at U&I Korea Taekwondo is an optional class in Olympic-style sparring for green belts and above who want to compete. It is for students aged 8 and over (ages 8-18) and runs on Saturdays, 14:00-15:00, at One Island South, Shop 106, 1/F, 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang. Classes run weekly from 15 Aug 2026 to 19 Dec 2026, with no class on 12 Sep or 26 Sep. A class costs HK$350 as a trial or drop-in, credit packages start at HK$1,600 for five classes, and places are booked online through the U&I Korea Taekwondo class schedule.

For over a decade, U&I Korea Taekwondo has brought authentic Korean Taekwondo to Hong Kong, growing from a single studio in 2016 into three centres across Wong Chuk Hang and Causeway Bay, with over 700 active students and more than 250 Kukkiwon-certified black belts.
