U&I Korea Taekwondo: Advanced (All Ages) – Blue-Red Belts Up – Southern, Saturday 15:15

Advanced at U&I Korea Taekwondo is for blue-red, red and red-black belts, adding sparring skills for practical self-defence to kicking combinations. Instructors also start demonstration training, including acrobatics and tricking, ahead of free-style poomsae at black belt. The class is open to all ages (ages 0-18) and runs on Saturdays, 15:15-16:15, at The Southside, G29-30, G/F, 11 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang. Classes run weekly from 15 Aug 2026 to 19 Dec 2026, with no class on 12 Sep or 26 Sep. A class costs HK$350 as a trial or drop-in, credit packages start at HK$1,600 for five classes, and places are booked online through the U&I Korea Taekwondo class schedule.
