Description
Teens and Adults at U&I Korea Taekwondo is the school’s teens programme, with demanding physical training and practical self-defence. Students can also join an assistant programme that builds leadership and responsibility. It is for students aged 9 and over (ages 9-18) and runs on Fridays, 19:00-20:00, at One Island South, Shop 106, 1/F, 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang. Classes run weekly from 21 Aug 2026 to 18 Dec 2026, with no class on 25 Sep. A class costs HK$350 as a trial or drop-in, credit packages start at HK$1,600 for five classes, and places are booked online through the U&I Korea Taekwondo class schedule.

For over a decade, U&I Korea Taekwondo has brought authentic Korean Taekwondo to Hong Kong, growing from a single studio in 2016 into three centres across Wong Chuk Hang and Causeway Bay, with over 700 active students and more than 250 Kukkiwon-certified black belts.
