Description
Poomsae at U&I Korea Taekwondo helps blue belts and above improve their forms, working on stances, hand movements, rhythm and power. It is for students aged 8 and over (ages 8-18) and runs on Mondays, 17:30-18:30, at One Island South, Shop 106, 1/F, 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang. Classes run weekly from 17 Aug 2026 to 21 Dec 2026, with no class on 19 Oct. A class costs HK$350 as a trial or drop-in, credit packages start at HK$1,600 for five classes, and places are booked online through the U&I Korea Taekwondo class schedule.
