U&I Korea Taekwondo: Advanced (All Ages) – Blue-Red Belts Up – Southern, Wednesday 17:30

Advanced at U&I Korea Taekwondo is for blue-red, red and red-black belts, adding sparring skills for practical self-defence to kicking combinations. Instructors also start demonstration training, including acrobatics and tricking, ahead of free-style poomsae at black belt. The class is open to all ages (ages 0-18) and runs on Wednesdays, 17:30-18:30, at One Island South, Shop 106, 1/F, 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang. Classes run weekly from 19 Aug 2026 to 16 Dec 2026. A class costs HK$350 as a trial or drop-in, credit packages start at HK$1,600 for five classes, and places are booked online through the U&I Korea Taekwondo class schedule.
