Move for Life Ballet: Multi-Dance – Sai Kung, Thursday 16:00

Multi-Dance at Move for Life is a Little Movers class that prepares four- and five-year-olds for the older Move Monkeys programme. Children build core strength and flexibility, learn three or four dances a term and can show parents and friends what they have learned. It is for ages 4-5 and runs on Thursdays, 16:00-17:00, at the MFL Sai Kung studio. The autumn term runs from 3 Sep 2026 to 3 Dec 2026 (13 sessions), with no class on 1 Oct, and the term package costs HK$3,250. Guardians may stay in the lobby or simply drop children off; places are booked online through the Move for Life class schedule, and a trial class costs HK$250.
