Move for Life Ballet: Hip Hop – Central & Western, Friday 17:00

Hip Hop at Move for Life teaches isolations, body rhythm, popping, locking and grooves, along with the history behind the style. Each term the class prepares one performance routine, and students are encouraged to take part in shows. It is for ages 6-12 and runs on Fridays, 17:00-18:30, at MFL HQ, 111 Queen’s Road West, Sheung Wan. The autumn term runs from 4 Sep 2026 to 4 Dec 2026 (14 sessions), and the term package costs HK$4,900. Places are booked online through the Move for Life class schedule, and a trial class costs HK$350.
