Hong Kong Football Club Summer Rugby Camp (Ages 5-11years)

Time Schedule:
8:50am – Arrival at HKFC main pitch, get set up and prepared for the day.
9:00am – Boots on and on the pitch for training start
10:30am – Snack time, water refill, reapply sunscreen!
10:50am – Back on pitch for training
11:30am – Finish the session with some competitions
12:00pm – Camp day finished

Please bring a water bottle, a snack, a hat, rugby boots and sunscreen!
