ESF Explore Swimming: SW6D Development Squad – Fo Tan, Tuesday 16:15

This ESF Explore swimming squad trains committed young swimmers in competitive stroke technique, starts, turns and pacing, with swimming-specific land-based conditioning. The SW6D Development Squad is for ages 9-17 (published as 9+ years; swimmers are grouped by skill level rather than age) and this listing covers its sessions at ESF Sha Tin College on Tuesdays from 16:15 to 17:45, from 6 Oct 2026 to 8 Dec 2026. The fee is HK$6,300 per child per term for the squad package of at least two sessions a week, and the package also covers the squad’s other session times at this venue: Saturdays from 09:00 to 10:30. Parents register online for one weekly session and then email the organiser to add the other sessions. There is no training on 20 Oct 2026.
