This ESF Explore swimming squad trains committed young swimmers in competitive stroke technique, starts, turns and pacing, with swimming-specific land-based conditioning. The SW6F Foundation Squad is for ages 9-17 (published as 9+ years; swimmers are grouped by skill level rather than age) and this listing covers its sessions at ESF Renaissance College on Mondays and Fridays from 17:00 to 18:30, from 2 Oct 2026 to 11 Dec 2026. The fee is HK$6,300 per child per term for the squad package of at least two sessions a week, and the package also covers the squad’s other session times at this venue: Wednesdays from 15:30 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 11:30.
