Caissa Chess: Step 1 Chess (2027-01) – Sha Tin, Wednesday 17:00

Step One chess at Caissa Hong Kong Chess Club takes children from their first moves on the board to quickly seeing every option in a position, with most time spent on checkmate patterns and simple ways to attack and defend. Caissa does not set an age band for this level, so the class is listed for ages 0-18 and suits children who are new to the game. It meets on Wednesdays, 17:00-18:00, with four one-hour sessions from 6 Jan 2027 to 27 Jan 2027. Lessons are held at Sha Tin Town Hall, 1 Yuen Wo Road, and the fee is HK$1,280 for the four sessions, booked through the Caissa website.
