ESF Explore Swimming: SW6D – Wong Chuk Hang, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 18:00

This ESF Explore swimming squad trains committed young swimmers in competitive stroke technique, starts, turns and pacing, with swimming-specific land-based conditioning. The SW6D Development Squad is for ages 9-17 (published as 9+ years; swimmers are grouped by skill level rather than age) and trains at ESF South Island School on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 18:00 to 19:30, from 5 Oct 2026 to 9 Dec 2026. The fee is HK$6,300 per child per term for the squad package of at least two sessions a week, and the package also covers the squad’s other session times at this venue: Thursdays from 16:30 to 18:00 and Saturdays from 11:30 to 13:00. There is no training on 19 Oct 2026, 20 Oct 2026, 21 Oct 2026 and 26 Oct 2026.
