Beginners learn gymnastics skills in the Jogging Penguin and Running Rabbit classes at Kidnetic Sports in Kowloon Bay. Jogging Penguin is for children aged 4.5 to 8 and Running Rabbit for ages 9-14, so this session covers ages 4-14 and runs on Mondays, 16:00-17:30, at the Kidnetic Sports gym in MegaBox. Trial classes and enrolment are open all year round, and this listing shows sessions from 7 Sep 2026 to 30 Nov 2026.
