Step One chess at Caissa Hong Kong Chess Club takes children from their first moves on the board to quickly seeing every option in a position, with most time spent on checkmate patterns and simple ways to attack and defend. Caissa does not set an age band for this level, so the class is listed for ages 0-18 and suits children who are new to the game. It meets on Wednesdays, 16:00-17:00, with three one-hour sessions from 2 Dec 2026 to 16 Dec 2026.
